Hello all artists I have commissioned!
Thank you all for your lovely work, as I cherish each and every piece!
If you happen to be getting a case, chargeback, refund, etc... from my PayPal: clarapak123@gmail.com, this is because one of my credit cards has been hacked and an enormous sum of money has been spent over the period of months.
As a result, the credit card bank is most likely refunding a majority of payments that have gone through on this particular card.
Please contact me if you have had my payment cancelled, and I will do my very best to have the case closed & cancel the refund that has been issued on you!

Please don't be afraid to send me a note, and I will talk with you on how to to resolve this issue, I've already had a couple artists contact me and I'm trying my best to make sure no one has money taken from them!
3/14/18 UPDATE:
I've been getting a lot more notifications of PayPal opening disputes, I currently have atleast 14 open at this time.
3/17/18 UPDATE:
Waiting for PayPal to respond to most of them hopefully by next week.

PayPal is s l o w
3/24/18 UPDATE:
People are beginning to get chargeback fees, I will try to call PayPal in the next couple days!
3/28/18 UPDATE:
PayPal removed the limitations off of my account. Very little information on the chargebacks however.
3/31/18 UPDATE:
Called my bank, they said they need to await merchant response (aka PayPal).
4/21/18 UPDATE:
People are beginning to contact me saying that PayPal has unfortunately decided to go through with the chargebacks.
I called PayPal & they said that they are trying to appeal so that everyone gets their money back.
But they basically said that the bank needs to deal with it.
Gonna try calling the bank again and reopening all the closed cases.
4/27/18 UPDATE:
Had a nice long chat with the bank, they said they would fix everything within a week.
If they don't I will literally start spitting fire.
5/14/18 UPDATE:
They said that they have to investigate again???
Like no???
Gonna fight them again soon.
(I'm sorry for the delay, college is driving me nuts)

Sent notes to people effected so that I don't spam this journal!
